Frank, is the Director of New and Social Media at Novell, Inc.After spending over 10 years as a marketing executive in a series of fast growing software and online businesses including Experian and Ipswitch, Frank recently joined Novell to lead their global social media efforts. He is a prolific blogger and Twitterer and can be found online in the usual places under the pseudonym of Tangyslice. He is a graduate of Bowdoin College and the MIT Sloan School of Management.
