Get ready to swing at Arlington Spring Swing (www.arligtonspringswing.com) on Saturday, June 14 from 7:30-11:00pm at Arlington Town Hall. The premier swing band Bellevue Cadillac will set the tempo with a special appearance by J. Geils. Rolling Stone Magazine rates Bellevue Cadillac as “one of the best two bands in the country in neo swing.” Rock superstar turned jazz guitarist, J. Geils of the J. Geils Band sold over sixteen million recordings while touring for years to sell-out crowds throughout the world. At 7:30, the evening will begin with a dance lesson conducted by Rugcutters Dance Studio and at 8:00, the band will take the stage. Arlington Spring Swing is a joint benefit for the Chamber and Right Turn. Over a 4-week period, anyone can bid on items in the event’s cMarket online auction (www.rightturn.cmarket.com).
