Follow Up: Handouts Today, Survey Soon
The handouts from the session on Free On-Line Tools is available for download. A great website for reviewing tools to help pick which one is best for you is Idealware.org which reviews tools for non-profits, but the information is applicable for many small businesses as well.

We will send around a survey soon to determine what type of follow up programming will have for chamber members, so stay tuned.

Presenter Profile: Frank Days

Frank Day will be moderating our panel on free or low-cost on-line tools. Frank, is the Director of New and Social Media at Novell, Inc.

After spending over 10 years as a marketing executive in a series of fast growing software and online businesses including Experian and Ipswitch, Frank recently joined Novell to lead their global social media efforts. He is a prolific blogger and Twitterer and can be found online in the usual places under the pseudonym of Tangyslice. He is a graduate of Bowdoin College and the MIT Sloan School of Management.
